A Future classic

Chiswick Gate, a balanced blend of period-style townhouses with a modern twist on warehouse-inspired architecture, is a new shared ownership development offering quality apartments in an exciting, up-and-coming area of west London.

Working alongside the team at February, the brief was to create a brochure and plans with a quality feel – albeit within a strict budget.

By combining the latest digital printing technology, specialist paper stock and subtle but effective touches (such as brass staples), we produced a luxurious and tactile brochure that celebrated the development’s rich and vibrant setting – such that the final piece was a fine example of what can be achieved with a bit of ingenuity.
