Reflecting life’s rich flow

A new shared ownership development by Notting Hill Sales, Millport on the historic Isles of Dogs provides an enviable mix of contemporary flair and traditional charm.

The brief was to create a modern and intriguing set of marketing materials aimed at young, aspirational first-time buyers looking for a well-connected first property. Together with the team at February, we focused on reflecting the vibrant and culturally rich area that locals know and love. This involved extensive research and sourcing high-quality photos from across the community: its venues, restaurants, locals and different cultural centres, which lent itself to a dynamic set of curated images reminiscent of a visitors’ guide.

Millport’s unique ‘reflections and flow’ branding and design was inspired by its local environment: the flow of the river and reflections on the nearby Thames as well as an acknowledgment to the overlapping paths of work and lifestyle; finished off with an embossed, reflective motif on the brochure’s soft-textured cover.
