Way beyond the ordinary

Traders’ Quarter is part of the Royal Wharf shared ownership property development in London’s Docklands, featuring homes with generously sized rooms, pleasingly high specifications and enviable transport links to the City. 

Our marketing campaign therefore needed to show that these apartments were way beyond the ordinary. Working closely with the rest of the team at February, and through thorough research of the area and its historic shipyards, we uncovered a wealth of incredible, authentic stories which we brought to life in the brochure’s etched imagery. Using this style of design throughout, we were able to depict the area’s extraordinary heritage and tie it to the new and exciting future that these apartments and its residents would bring.

Traders’ Quarter was shortlisted for Best Marketing Campaign award at the National Housing Awards.
